Substance Abuse Counselor (LCDC or LICDC)

Key Responsibilities

The counselor will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide both individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and provide crisis intervention when necessary.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a state licensure or certification such as CDCA, LCDC, LICDC, LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are required.
