About the Role
Join DaVita Integrated Kidney Care as a Nurse Practitioner in St. Louis, Missouri. This hybrid remote role involves telehealth and travel to dialysis clinics and nephrology practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive health evaluations for CKD and ESKD patients.
- Manage medication and collaborate with nephrologists.
- Lead clinical teams and coordinate care.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years NP experience.
- Current unrestricted NP license in Missouri.
- DEA license or eligibility.

- Salary range $85,000 to $135,000 annually.
