About the Role

Join Ebenezer as a Consultant Pharmacist – Every Third Weekend in United States. Job Overview Ebenezer Pharmacy is a closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy located in Arden Hills, MN. We specialize in packaging and distributing medications to nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct monthly or as needed resident medication reviews based on acuity, providing written reports to facility leadership ( administrator, director of nursing, and prescribers).

Maintain a working knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations relevant to long term care practices.

Serve as a liaison between facility and pharmacy operations teams to promote communication and service excellence.

Requirements

Doctorate of Pharmacy Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy practices and procedures.

Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.

Mathematical abilities such as calculating discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, and volume; basic algebra; practical mathematics.
