Join Ebenezer as a Consultant Pharmacist – Every Third Weekend in United States. Job Overview Ebenezer Pharmacy is a closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy located in Arden Hills, MN. We specialize in packaging and distributing medications to nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly or as needed resident medication reviews based on acuity, providing written reports to facility leadership ( administrator, director of nursing, and prescribers).

• Maintain a working knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations relevant to long term care practices.

• Serve as a liaison between facility and pharmacy operations teams to promote communication and service excellence.

Requirements

• Doctorate of Pharmacy Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy practices and procedures.

• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.

• Mathematical abilities such as calculating discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, and volume; basic algebra; practical mathematics.
