Requirements
Required education is a Pharm. D. or BS in Pharmacy, along with a Pharmacy license; AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required if direct patient care responsibilities exist. Preferred qualifications include hospital experience and Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) or CGP.
