Join Inova as a Behavioral Health Therapist – No Nights, No Weekends in Fairfax, Virginia. The Inova Keller Center is looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist I to join the team! Our comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder treatment programs and an innovative special education school support families throughout Northern Virginia.
This position offers weekends off, day shifts only. Work with Inova in Fairfax, Virginia.
The therapist provides therapeutic interventions and psycho-educational programming to assist patients and families in achieving individualized service plan goals. They also perform care coordination to ensure patients are referred to appropriate healthcare and community resources.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree or higher in a mental health-related field and possess at least two years of experience in mental health or substance use disorder treatment. A valid clinical license such as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LCP, or LSATP is required for the role.
