Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, including withdrawal evaluations, treatment screenings, on site point
- care urinalysis testing and initiation/adjustment of MOUD therapy under Colorado protocol.
- Provide ongoing patient follow‑up focused on adherence, symptom management, therapeutic response, and routine monitoring (e. g., vitals, labs).
- Deliver harm‑reduction services, including naloxone furnishing/prescribing and overdose‑prevention counseling.
Requirements
- Have earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree or completed at least 5 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
- Active Colorado pharmacist license in good standing.
- Carry adequate professional liability insurance as determined by Colorado Board of Pharmacy
- Strong clinical decision
