Requirements

• Reports accurate drug information to physicians, other professional personnel and public in a timely manner.

• Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Science or PharmD.

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.

• Experience: One year experience in retail or clinical setting Licensure/Certification: Current license to practice pharmacy in the state(s) where services are provided.
