The Lead Respiratory Therapist will provide hands-on clinical care to adult, neonatal, and pediatric patients while serving as a clinical leader within the department. Responsibilities include administering advanced life support, maintaining respiratory equipment, and participating in staff development and performance improvement activities.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Science and a New York State Respiratory Therapist license, with at least five years of clinical experience in adult critical and neonatal/pediatric settings. Active registration with the NBRC and BLS certification are required, with ACLS and specialty credentials preferred.
