About the Role

Join PruittHealth as a Infusion Pharmacist – Long-Term Care in United States.

Key Responsibilities

-, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Review prescriptions issued by prescribers to assure accuracy and determine formulas or ingredients needed.

· Evaluate prescriber medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, route of administration and stability.

Make recommendations for medication therapy changes to prescribers as appropriate.

· Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide clinical and technical support as needed.

Requirements

· Graduate of ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy.

· Current licensure in the state of practice.

· Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred.

· Experience in patient care and medication management, drug therapy monitoring, drug and medical supply procurement, inventory control management, and performance improvement.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
