We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Certified Hand Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality rehabilitative care for orthopedic and upper extremity conditions.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes.

• Develop home exercise programs and educate patients and families on treatment goals.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Successful completion of clinical internship.

• 3–5 years of occupational therapy experience preferred.

• Orthopedic and sports medicine experience strongly preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $85K - $116K

• 16 days PTO.

• Full-Time position.
