About the Role
Join NATIONAL YOUTH ADVOCATE PROGRAM as a Crisis Stabilization Social Worker (LSW) in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides safety assessment, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization services as required.
- Provides individual mental health services, and other evidence based clinical services as required.
- Assists in family reunification and stabilization efforts with the youth’s primary family or other care provider
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
- A valid Ohio professional license (LSW or LPC) is required
- 2 years of work experience working in direct service with youth and families in crisis is preferred.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $100,000 to $100,000 annually.
- 22 days PTO.

Work Schedule
- Regular position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
- Day shift only - no nights.
