About the Role

Join NATIONAL YOUTH ADVOCATE PROGRAM as a Crisis Stabilization Social Worker (LSW) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides safety assessment, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization services as required.
  • Provides individual mental health services, and other evidence based clinical services as required.
  • Assists in family reunification and stabilization efforts with the youth’s primary family or other care provider

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Ohio professional license (LSW or LPC) is required
  • 2 years of work experience working in direct service with youth and families in crisis is preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $100,000 to $100,000 annually.
  • 22 days PTO.

Work Schedule

  • Regular position.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.
  • Day shift only - no nights.
