About the Role

Join NATIONAL YOUTH ADVOCATE PROGRAM as a Crisis Stabilization Social Worker (LSW) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provides safety assessment, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization services as required.

Provides individual mental health services, and other evidence based clinical services as required.

Assists in family reunification and stabilization efforts with the youth’s primary family or other care provider

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.

A valid Ohio professional license (LSW or LPC) is required

2 years of work experience working in direct service with youth and families in crisis is preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $100,000 to $100,000 annually.

22 days PTO.

401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

Regular position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Day shift only - no nights.
