Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our busy and well-established department in Castro Valley, California.

This is a full-time, shareholder-track opportunity offering immediate volume, excellent support, and the ability to make a lasting impact on patient care in a collegial, physician-led environment.
Qualifications
Step into a thriving practice with an established patient base and strong referral network
Comprehensive ENT care: Opportunity to treat patients of all ages
Trauma experience preferred: Level II trauma center exposure for adult cases
Collaborative environment: Join a dedicated team of specialists and experienced clinicians
Epic EHR system: Training and support provided
Call coverage: Candidate must reside within 30 minutes of Eden Medical Center

Competitive guaranteed base salary: $493,079 – $557,987 annually (DOE)
Incentive opportunities available beyond base compensation
$1,000/month residency stipend for residents who commit up to 12 months before hire
Signing bonus and relocation allowance provided
Shareholder eligibility after two years
