Registered Nurse, RN - Weekend Visits

About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a full-time Registered Nurse for weekend home health visits in the North Boston Senior Living team. This role focuses on adult and geriatric patients in senior living communities and traditional home health settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans.
• Conduct home visits in assigned territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Document doctors' orders and client assessments.
• Case management and coordination.
• Use electronic tablets for documentation.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum one year recent clinical experience.
• Prior home health and OASIS documentation experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
