Key Responsibilities

• will be spent providing counseling to adult patients in one-on-one, group, and family settings.

• will be expected to develop relationships with your patients and help guide them through their recovery journey.

• will also collaborate regularly with the rest of the treatment team consisting of the medical director, physicians, nurse practitioners, and case managers to develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans for patients.

• will take ownership of patient care, build rapport, and who works well in a collaborative team environment.
