  • of two years of clinical Therapist experience meeting requirements of Level I responsibilities as determined by interview and assessment.
  • EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
  • SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Must be proficient at all PT level 1 competencies, maintain productivity level and have the potential to take on additional responsibilities.
  • May require clinical expertise in specific discipline.
