Requirements

Minimum Education/Experience Required: Current licensure in the State of Ohio as a pharmacist required.

3 years of inpatient Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Special Knowledge, Skills, Training: Verbal and written communication skills are essential, manual dexterity and near visual acuity.
