Provide comprehensive nutrition services, assessments, and education for patients with advanced heart failure and those undergoing heart transplantation or mechanical circulatory support. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized nutrition care plans and contribute to quality improvement and research initiatives.
Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD eligible with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, and a Master's degree for those seeking registration after January 1, 2024. Current licensure as required by state law and the ability to function independently in a clinical setting are required.
