About the Role

Join Conifer Park Inc as a CASAC Addiction Counselor – Sign-On Bonus in United States. Description Conifer Park is looking for novel clinicians who are ready to change lives in our licensed facility located in Troy, NY. We provide outpatient treatment, with cutting edge support for those struggling with substance-use-disorder (SUD).

Key Responsibilities

Provides/ensures comprehensive evaluation of patient's functioning as defined by facility policy and procedures.

Coordinates the development and implementation of the multidisciplinary treatment plan; coordinates treatment plan review; performs these activities within established time frames.

Documents patient progress and own interventions in case record.

Need to remain within time frames of regulatory.

Requirements

40 Hours per Week. Range: 7:00am

7:00pm Requirements QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Required qualifications are CASAC

T, CASAC certification or LMSW, LMHC Experience working specifically with outpatient substance abuse counseling preferred Bilingual Language Speakers Preferred

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $37.62/hr.

Signing bonus: $5,000.

401(k) with employer match.
