Key Responsibilities

• Provide follow-up peer support post-discharge (via phone, community visits, or meetings at community sites).

Requirements

• Associate’s degree with 1 year of experience in the mental health system or High School Diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in the field.

• Preferred Certified Recovery Support Practitioner (CRSP), Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS), or equivalent peer certification.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health recovery and willingness to use personal lived experience to support others.

• Experience working with individuals transitioning from psychiatric hospitals or other institutional settings.
