About the Role

Join TheraCare Brooklyn as a Social Worker – Early Intervention, Flexible Schedule in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Early Intervention services to children ages 0–3 in home and community settings

Provide support to families as part of an interdisciplinary Early Intervention team

Develop and implement strategies aligned with IFSP goals

Document services and maintain records in compliance with NYC EI program standards

Requirements

Current LMSW license issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED)

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program

Experience working with children under 5 and/or families strongly preferred

Knowledge of early childhood development and family
