Key Responsibilities
- Conducts clinical preplacement interview to determine appropriateness for the program.
- Completes psychosocial assessment and initial treatment plan including diagnosis within timeframes described in agency policy/procedure.
- Formulates Master Treatment Plan in conjunction with treatment team within timeframes described in agency policy/procedure.
- Provides individual, group and family therapy to assigned cases as clinically indicated.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in related area, appropriate current certification/licenses, and 2-4 years supervised experience in a therapeutic treatment setting preferred.
- Maintain certification in TCI and CPR/First Aid.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $55K - $65K
- Signing bonus: $1,000.
- 15 days PTO.
