About the Role

Join Trinity Health as a PRN Staff Pharmacist in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Reviews and interprets physicians orders to assure that the drug, dosage form, and dose is appropriate for the patient's age, weight, and comorbidities.

Checks for drug incompatibilities and allergies, and takes appropriate action when necessary.

Works collaboratively with other healthcare team members to provide pharmacotherapy recommendations with intent to achieve optimal patient outcomes across the continuum of care.

Requirements

Provides basic clinical services as required by policy and procedure.

Effective communication with patients and other healthcare professionals.

A high level of analytic ability to research and evaluate drug information, interpret patient specific information, and resolve medication related problems.

Work Schedule

Part-Time position.
