Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include conducting thorough medical histories, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to establish diagnoses and treatment plans for new and former clinic patients and hospital admissions. The role also involves performing routine and specialized procedures, prescribing medications as authorized, and educating patients about their conditions and treatments.

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must be a nationally certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, requiring an MSN or graduation from an accredited PA program, respectively, with specific state licensure and national certification (NCCPA for PAs). Preferred experience includes surgical or urological background, though newly licensed individuals are considered, and BLS certification is mandatory.
