About the Role

Join 21st Century Home Health Services as a Speech Language Pathologist in Gilroy, California. Provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes across the Gilroy/Morgan Hill area.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders.
Assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions.
Serve as educator, patient advocate, and interdisciplinary team member.

Requirements

Current unrestricted California Speech Therapist License.
Current BLS/CPR Certification.
Valid California Driver's License.
Knowledge of homecare regulatory guidelines preferred.
Experience in home health care highly preferred.
