Join 21st Century Home Health Services as a Speech Language Pathologist in Gilroy, California. Provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes across the Gilroy/Morgan Hill area.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders.
• Assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions.
• Serve as educator, patient advocate, and interdisciplinary team member.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted California Speech Therapist License.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• Knowledge of homecare regulatory guidelines preferred.
• Experience in home health care highly preferred.

• Salary range $110,000 - $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
