Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult and geriatric patients
• Conduct wellness exams, manage chronic conditions, and address complex medical needs
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, case managers, and specialists to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

• Eligible for or holds an active Colorado medical license
