Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment of foster and adoptive families.

• Conduct appropriate home studies and assist with the placement of children in appropriate adoptive and foster care settings.

• Addresses clinical needs of clients through model adherent FFT FC interventions.

• Assess strengths/needs of children and families referred for services.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field required.

• Clinical Licensure (LMSW/LCP/LMFT) preferred or must be license eligible and working towards licensure.

• Three years experience in child welfare preferred.

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $57K - $62K

• 15 days PTO.

• 401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Call responsibilities required.
