Join Arms Acres Inc as a Substance Abuse Counselor CASACT, LMSW, LMHC, LCSW License in United States.

Key Responsibilities

AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides/ensures comprehensive evaluation of patient's functioning as defined by facility policy and procedures.

Coordinates the development and implementation of the multidisciplinary treatment plan; coordinates treatment plan review; performs these activities within established time frames.

Documents patient progress and own interventions in case record and works within time frames of regulatory.
