The Physician is responsible for providing quality medical services, engaging in the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of disease, and rendering medical treatment consistent with accepted professional standards of care. This role also involves completing accurate medical records, participating in after-hours call coverage, and adhering to standards set by regulatory bodies and payors.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree and have successfully completed residency, being Board Certified or Board Eligible. Required credentials include a South Carolina Medical License, South Carolina Controlled Substance License, and a Drug Enforcement Agency Number.
