Key Responsibilities

  • develop critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills in the clinical/simulation setting.
  • develop and utilize the nursing process and clinical judgement through clear examples and feedback.

Requirements

  • QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) AND enrolled in a graduate degree program with a major in nursing (within 12 months of hire) OR 2.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and ten (10) years clinical experience 3.
  • Active, unencumbered license as registered nurse in WV 4.
