Join BayCare Medical Group as a Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician – No Call in United States. Position Overview BayCare Medical Group, a physician-led, not‑for‑profit organization, is seeking an experienced Board‑Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join our St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital and support BayCare’s expanding GME OB/GYN Residency Program in the beautiful Tampa Bay.

Key Responsibilities

• will lead the launch and growth of a new outpatient Obstetrics & Gynecology practice, with the freedom to shape clinical focus, workflows, and long-term direction.

• develop high‑risk maternal services Close collaboration with OB Hospitalists No night or weekend call Option.
