Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose residents, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medication and other treatment,

• Provide direction and leadership to RN's, RPN’s, PSW’s, and other direct care team members in all aspects of resident care, within established legislative standards,

• Complete nursing documentation, and assist residents with move

• Is inspirational and passionate about quality dementia care and capturing positive moments

Requirements

• graduate education and experience in gerontology (recommended)

• Specialty certification in gerontological nursing (recommended)

• Experience working as a Nurse Practitioner,
