Job Description
About the Role
Join Nexus Health Systems Ltd as a Pharmacist – PRN Pediatric Inpatient in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, interpret, and process physician medication orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare, dispense, and monitor medication therapies in accordance with applicable laws and best practices
- Monitor drug therapy, including lab values and levels; recommend or implement appropriate adjustments
- Conduct medication reconciliation and ensure accurate documentation in the Medication Administration Record (MAR)
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy
- Advanced degree or completion of an accredited hospital pharmacy residency preferred EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a hospital or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of DNV, CMS, and state regulatory requirements LICENSURE & CERTIFICATION
Work Schedule
- Per Diem position.
- Call responsibilities required.
