About the Role

Join GuideStar Eldercare as a Clinical Therapist LCSW, LPC in United States.

Key Responsibilities

will do: - Provide evaluation - Provide condition-specific support therapy, or when indicated, insight-based therapy - Coordinate the patient’s care plan with the facility, PCP and GuideStar colleagues, and engage with the family as indicated.

provide neurobehavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities.

provide holistic, continuity of care for elderly individuals who are afflicted with neurocognitive disorders.

Provide evaluation - Provide condition-specific support therapy, or when indicated, insight-based therapy -.

Requirements

Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team

Good time management skills

Able to function autonomously with regional Area Manager support

Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or in Social Work

20 days PTO.

CME allowance: $1,500.

Malpractice insurance covered.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.
