About the Role

Join Liberty Healthcare Corporation as a Physician Assistant – Per Diem, Psychiatric Hospital in United States. Physician Assistants are encouraged to consider a per diem moonlighting opportunity with Liberty Healthcare at the Dorothea Dix Center in Bangor, Maine. The Dorothea Dix Psychiatric Center is a 51-bed psychiatric hospital which provides inpatient care to people who are experiencing mental illness.

Key Responsibilities

Remaining on hospital grounds for the duration of the shift

Rounding on hospital units

Consulting with nurses and unit staff

Assessing patients and providing episodic care

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.

Call responsibilities required.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Day shift only - no nights.
