Key Responsibilities
- and Responsibilities: Reviews prescriptions and prepares medications for dispensing.
- Counsels’ patients on medication drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage of pharmaceuticals.
- Reviews and authorizes prescriptions with delegated prescriptive authority under state approved Collaborative Drug Therapy Agreements.
- Aids in helping patients obtain insurance/patient assistance options.
Requirements
- Education/Experience: Rph or PharmD from accredited school of pharmacy.
- Current valid licensure in the state of Washington and/or Idaho required.
- Prior non-profit experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communications skills required.
