The Clinical Supervisor provides quality clinical supervision and work direction to direct reports while overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis programs for children with developmental delays and autism. They also conduct behavior assessments, facilitate parent education, and manage the performance and training of assigned associates.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in ABA or a related field and possess a current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Additionally, 2-3 years of professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in a multi-disciplinary setting is required.
