Key Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations for Assisted Living residents
- Develop and update individualized Plans of Care (POC) under Medicare Part B guidelines
- Provide skilled occupational therapy for orthopedic, neurological, cognitive, and post
- surgical conditions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Assisted Living, SNF, Home Health, or Senior Living occupational therapy experience preferred (1+ year preferred)
- Experience with Medicare Part B documentation preferred
