The Physical Therapist Assistant will administer personalized physical therapy treatment plans to patients within their homes to improve strength and mobility. They are responsible for documenting clinical records, coordinating department in-services, and maintaining communication with the supervising Physical Therapist.
Candidates must hold a current state license to practice Physical Therapy and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. A current CPR certification and knowledge of geriatric care are also required for this role.
