About the Role

Join UPMC as a Hospital Pharmacist – Rotating Shifts in United States. UPMC Harrisburg/West Shore is hiring a Full-Time Pharmacist! This dynamic role supports both UPMC Harrisburg and UPMC West Shore, working full-time with rotating day and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

include patient assessment, medication education, prevention of medication-related adverse events, and active involvement in quality and regulatory initiatives.

Pharmacists also serve as educators and preceptors for pharmacy students and residents, helping shape the next generation of clinical pharmacists.

Requirements
