Requirements

• Must be a licensed Physician in state of employment.

• Current DEA registration.

• Board certified and qualified by state laws/regulations to practice medicine. MEDICAL DIRECTOR (PHYSICIAN) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ensures Medical Record documentation is in SOAP format, problem oriented and corresponds to the therapeutic order.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• No weekends required.
