Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Post-Acute team and SNF RN Case Managers to ensure appropriate Geriatrician coverage across skilled nursing facilities.
- Maintain and regularly update Geriatrician coverage maps by SNF, including primary and backup coverage.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Geriatrics FFS physician team, including:
- Ensure Geriatricians receive timely, accurate information needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Work closely with the Post-Acute leadership team to align Geriatrics operations with broader SNF and post-acute strategies.
- Participate in recurring meetings with Post-Acute leaders and SNF partners as appropriate.
Requirements
- Location: Downers Grove. Travel Required.
- Experience working directly with physicians and clinical staff
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with a high degree of objectivity and analytical skills to ensure accuracy of reports and data.
- Creativity: Ability to generate ideas and solutions to routine challenges and new ventures

Work Schedule
