Key Responsibilities

will provide comprehensive internal medicine services within an open access/medical home care model, collaborating with a multidisciplinary patient care team to ensure high-quality care.

Conduct general medical examinations for routine, acute, and chronic conditions across all organ systems.

manage patients with complex conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, arthritis, and cancer.

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited U.

or Canadian medical school; foreign medical graduates must have ECFMG certification.

Completion of accredited post-graduate medical training (internship and residency) in Internal Medicine.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
