Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program. Master’s degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and CRNA in the state of Alabama.
  • Certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
