About the Role

Join Cedar Park Group as a Pathologist Assistant in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Surgical Pathology Gross Room.

• Responsible for all activities in the absence of the Pathologist's Assistant Supervisor.

• Organize, plan, delegate, implement, and participate as needed in completing tasks in consultation with the Supervisor, Department Managers and Section Medical Director.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in health sciences from a NAACLS (National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences) accredited Pathologist's Assistant training program and ASCP (or eligible) required.

• Must be able to meet any current NYS Department of Health and Education Department requirements for Pathologist Assistant License.

• Preferred Qualifications Experience in a fast paced environment Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Surgical Pathology Gross Room.

• Responsible for all activities in the absence of the Pathologist's Assistant Supervisor.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $60/hr.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• No weekends required.

• Day shift only - no nights.
