Requirements

All services with be documented within department guidelines and in compliance with rules/standards set forth by Medicaid/Medicare, ACHC, OhioMHAS, and CARF.

Intern must have successfully completed practicum requirements.

Intern agrees to learn and utilize evidence

based approaches to treatment including those that promote patient engagement, empowerment, progress and overall recovery.
