Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical management for Internal Medicine patients.

• Perform admissions, rounding, and care coordination.

• Collaborate with specialists, nursing, and case management teams.

• Ensure timely communication with referring providers and families.

Requirements

• Board Certified Internal Medicine.

• Licensed or eligible to be licensed in Connecticut.

• 3-5 Years of Hospital Medicine experience.
