About the Role

Join My Place Health as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW or LMFT) providing compassionate behavioral health care to older adults in Los Angeles, California. This full-time, on-site role focuses on integrating mental health services into holistic care plans for seniors.

Key Responsibilities

Provide behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, and therapy.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and geriatric psychiatrists.
Coordinate referrals and community partnerships.
Support crisis and inpatient care transitions.
Educate staff, participants, and caregivers on behavioral health.

Requirements

Active LCSW or LMFT license in California or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years behavioral health experience with elderly or complex patients.

CPR and First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
