Key Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, and therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and geriatric psychiatrists.
• Coordinate referrals and community partnerships.
• Support crisis and inpatient care transitions.
• Educate staff, participants, and caregivers on behavioral health.

Requirements

• Active LCSW or LMFT license in California or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years behavioral health experience with elderly or complex patients.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
