Completed admission medical history and physical examination within 24 hours of patient admission, in accordance with program and regulatory

Requirements

Diagnose and treat mental health and substance use disorders in accordance with Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM

TR) criteria and applicable Minnesota Statutes.

Identify and manage co

occurring mental health and substance use/addiction disorders.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $120,000 to $150,000 annually.
