Key Responsibilities

• The Laboratory Assistant performs and coordinates venipuncture and related phlebotomy procedures, provides clerical support to the department, and performs billing and coding functions.

• Cleans, prepares, cleans, and stores glassware and other lab equipment to follow health and safety regulations.

• Has knowledge of point of care testing procedures, this includes but not limited to blood glucose, pregnancy tests, rapid strep, and hemoglobin.

• secondary education. Shift Schedule: Full

• Time; Monday

• Friday, day hours

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• No weekends required.
