Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychoeducation and clinical guidance to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate in case consultations and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Location: Fully remote (must be licensed in California)
• All-Inclusive Platform: We handle billing, credentialing, scheduling—so you focus on care
• License & Experience Requirements
• Active LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in California
• Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings

• Salary/Pay Range:
• Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to children and adolescents via our EHR/telehealth platform.

• Daybreak covers around 90% of medical premiums, and 100% of dental and vision premiums for W2 employees

Work Schedule

• Flexible Schedule: Set hours Monday–Friday (3 PM–8 PM) + optional weekends (8am-5pm)
